Can’t commit to all summer? No worries, we have many volunteer opportunities during our summer camp and retreats throughout the year. Are you passionate about serving the Lord and making a difference in the lives of youth? Our ministry relies on dedicated volunteers like you to create unforgettable experiences that help young people grow in their faith. Whether you’re ready to laugh, pray, worship, and share God’s love during our summer camp or serve at a Winter Youth Retreat or other camp events, there’s a place for you here.
As a volunteer, you’ll play a vital role in bringing our mission to life. You’ll have the chance to mentor and inspire youth, build lifelong relationships, and make a lasting impact—all while strengthening your own walk with God. Our retreats and programs wouldn’t be possible without the incredible dedication of volunteers who feel called to serve.

Retreat & Summer Camp Opportunities:
We have various events where volunteers are vital to the success of our ministry.
You can sign up to be a volunteer for OFCR for the following events:
- Super Senior Week (Last week of June)
- Senior High Week (1st Week of July)
- Junior High Week (2nd Week of July)
- Middle School Week (3rd Week of July)
- Junior Camp Week (4th Week of July)
- Various Fall and Winter Retreats
Positions Available:
We have openings in the following positions for volunteers:
- Head and Assistant Cabin Leader (18 years or older)
- Cabin Leader in Training (16 years to 18 years old)
- Kitchen Staff
- Maintenance Staff
- Program Staff
- Nurse
- Worship/ Music Leaders
- Photographer
- Videographer
- A/V
- Bus Drivers
- Staff Shepard
- Speaker
- Worship Member
Key Details:
While our greatest need is for Cabin Leaders, we also have openings in:
- Commitment: 1-4 weeks of our summer camp or 1 weekend retreat.
- Camp Weeks: Super Senior, Senior High, Junior High, Middle School, and Junior Camp. Or any of the Fall and Winter Retreats.
- Role: Serve as volunteer, assisting and ensuring all camp needs are met.
- Training: Summer volunteers will be expected to attend volunteer training the Sunday before the week they will be volunteering for.

Volunteer Application:
First Time Volunteers: You will need to complete the application form, which will need to include your testimony, references, background check, and more information about yourself.
Returning Volunteers: This will help us so we can hear how you are doing spiritually, which week(s) you are interested in serving, what role you would like to serve in, etc.
When we have received all your information, you will receive an email confirmation about your application.
