Join Our Summer Camp Staff at OFCR!
Are you passionate about serving the Lord and making a difference in the lives of youth? We’re looking for men and women who love God, love youth, and are ready to laugh, pray, worship, and share God’s love with more than 200 campers this summer. We are seeking 10 individuals that would be interested in spending the entire four week camp season with us, plus one week before camp for staff training. These are paid positions, so sign up while we have openings left!
To be on Staff at OFCR you must be 16+ by the first day of Staff training week of each year you want to serve.
Positions Available:
While our greatest need is for Cabin Leaders, we also have openings in:
- Kitchen Assistant (June 1st-October 1st)
- Facilities Manager (June 1st-October 1st)
- Head and Assistant Cabin Leader (18 years or older)
- Kitchen Staff
- Maintenance Staff
- Program Staff

Key Details:
Staff members are 16+ willing to serve all summer of camp. All summer staff members are required to attend Staff Training week which will be the third week of June ( the week before Super Senior Week). You can either be Full summer staff or Partial summer staff.
- Full summer staff are 18+ men and women who will serve all 5 week.
- Super Senior High Week (Last week of June)
- Senior High Week (First Week of July)
- Junior High Week (Second Week of July)
- Middle School Week ( Third Week of July)
- Junior Camp Week (Fourth Week of July)
- Super Senior Partial Staff are 11th & 12th graders who will attend the Super Senior week as campers and then serve the remaining 4 weeks
- Senior High Week (First Week of July)
- Junior High Week (Second Week of July)
- Middle School Week ( Third Week of July)
- Junior Camp Week (Fourth Week of July)
- Senior High Partial staff are 9th-10th graders who are 16+ who will attend Senior High week of camp as campers and then serve the remaining 3 weeks
- Junior High Week (Second Week of July)
- Middle School Week ( Third Week of July)
- Junior Camp Week (Fourth Week of July)
- Partial Summer Staff are 18+ men or women who are willing and able to serve 3-4 weeks of camp but not all the weeks of camp
- Super Senior High, Senior High, and Junior High Weeks; or
- Senior High, Jr. High, and Middle School Weeks; or
- Junior High, Middle School, and Junior Camp Weeks
DETAILS:
- Commitment: 4-6 Weeks of Summer Camp ( Staff Training +3-5 Weeks of Camp)
- Camp Weeks: Super Senior Week, Senior High, Junior High, Middle School, and Junior Camp
- Role: Serve as the core leadership team, guiding and supporting weekly volunteers.
- Training: Staff Training week Sunday–Thursday before Senior High week, (usually the 3rd week of June, week right before Super Senior High Week) where you’ll be equipped with everything you need for a successful summer. You will also be required to attend volunteer training each Sunday before each week of camp for camp unity, and support.

Staff Application:
New Staff applicants will need to complete the application form, which will need to include your testimony, references, background check, and more information about yourself.
Returning staff will just need to do a quick staff check in, so we can hear how you are doing spiritually, which week(s) you are interested in serving, what role you would like to serve in, etc.
When we have received all your information, you will receive an email confirmation about your application.
