Are you passionate about serving the Lord and making a difference in the lives of youth? We’re looking for men and women who love God, love youth, and are ready to laugh, pray, worship, and share God’s love with more than 200 campers this summer. Serve about 40 high school students during our Winter Youth Retreat, and serve countless groups during our offered retreats. Our staff and volunteers make our ministry possible.

Our winter retreat volunteers are passionate followers of Christ who desire to make a difference in the lives of youth. They are men and women who love God, love youth, and love to serve; ready to laugh, pray, worship, and share God’s love with campers during a powerful weekend of faith and fellowship.

Each winter, we host two incredible youth retreats: one for 6th–8th graders in January and one for 9th–12th graders over President’s Day Weekend. These retreats offer campers a midyear spiritual reboot and an opportunity to draw closer to the Lord.

Volunteers play a vital role in making these weekends possible; serving as cabin leaders, kitchen crew, activity helpers, or support staff. No matter your role, your willingness to serve helps create a weekend where faith grows, hearts are renewed, and lives are changed.

Our summer staff are passionate servants of Christ with a heart to make a lasting difference in the lives of youth. They are men and women who love God, love youth, and love to serve; ready to interact, build relationships, be dorky, laugh, pray, worship, and share God’s love with more than 200 campers throughout the summer.

Whether you join us as partial summer staff (Staff Training Week + 3–4 weeks of camp) or as whole summer staff (Staff Training Week + all 5 weeks of camp), you’ll be part of a team devoted to creating a Christ-centered, life-changing experience for every camper who steps through our gates. There are a handful of paid staff positions, so sign up while we have openings left!

To be on Staff at OFCR you must be 16+ by the first day of Staff training week of each year you want to serve.

Our volunteers are passionate servants of Christ with a heart to make a lasting difference in the lives of youth. They are men and women who love God, love youth, and love to serve—ready to laugh, pray, build relationships, be absolutely dorky, and share God’s love with 90+ campers each week of our 5 weeks of summer camp.

Volunteers are a vital part of our ministry team, assisting our full-time summer staff and helping make each camp week a meaningful experience for every camper. They serve during one or two weeks of summer camp; perfect for those who desire to serve but are unable to commit to the full six weeks of July.

No matter how long you serve, your willingness to show up, pour into campers, and share Christ’s love helps create a space where faith grows, hearts are renewed, and lives are changed.

🍂 Serve During Retreat Season

Throughout the fall and spring, we host a variety of church groups and Christian organizations for weekend retreats. These retreats provide opportunities for rest, renewal, and growth in Christ — and we couldn’t make them happen without faithful volunteers.

We are always in need of kitchen helpers during these retreats. If cooking, baking, or hospitality are among your skills or spiritual gifts, we would love for you to come and bless our camp by serving in this vital area.
